Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.

Unopened items

If the item is unopened, with the original seal intact, we refund the full item price.

Opened items

We accept opened items that aren't defective, minus a 15% restocking fee on the item price.

Return shipping

If you're returning an item you no longer need, we email you a return label and deduct a flat $6.99 return shipping fee from your refund.

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or doesn't work, we'll send you a free return label and then a replacement, or refund your full order, including the original shipping. Email us photos of the item and the package.

Wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If you received a different item from the one you ordered, email us and we'll handle it the same way as a defective item.

Original shipping costs

Original shipping isn't refunded, except for defective items, items damaged in transit or wrong items. Expedited shipping charges aren't refundable.

Incorrect address

If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, reshipping is at your cost.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

How to start a return

Email contact@terashack.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label. Packages sent back without a return request first can't be accepted.
